PTP  is a 106,000 sqm regional parts distribution centre situated on 74,000 sqm of land within the Port of Tanjung Pelepas Free Zone. Completed in 2018, the two-storey warehouse was developed for Volkswagen Group, providing modern logistics capacity across two floors.
