10-meter clear racking heights on both the ground and first floors enhance storage efficiency, while 27 loading bays support high-throughput logistics. The development integrates renewable energy solutions and carbon-reducing initiatives, supporting industries such as manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics with sustainable and scalable infrastructure. Valdor II will be completed in Q4 2025.
